Microsoft authenticator will not recognize my new iphone 16pro device

What I've done while having the old phone is sign into your Microsoft account online, add the new phone, go through the authentication process and add it as the default.

Your IT admin should help you with this and if they have issue they would need to contact Microsoft support.
