Unable to download apps on App Store

There are various potential causes for malfunctions. There's usually an accompanying error message or diagnostic shown.

If the message is about an Apple Account that is disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store for instance, you'll need to discuss that directly with the people that work for Apple.
