iCloud storage reload confirmation issue

Good day! I am having a hard time to find where I can find a confirmation that I successfully reloaded a 200Gb icloud storage. I successfully enter my card and receive a confirmation through my bank but as I tried to back up my photos eventually a notice pop up that I don't have enough storage.

Could you please help me with my problem please?
