HEIC & JPEG photos not loading in iMessages on iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 17)

ALL HEIC & JPEG photos are not showing in iMessages after upgrading to iOS 17 on iPhone 14 Pro Max.

IMAGES are still NOT loading in iMessage even after completing these steps:

Check icloud disabled. Never enabled.

Internet connection

Check MMS settings

doubled check iPhone storage

Reset the Network Settings

Does anyone know how to fix this mess???

Pls help to resolve this issue. 🙏🏻
