Distributor do not want accept the return. I bought the air pods pro2 but it's not compatible with my android mobile phone.

On November 2, 2024, I went to the iSpace store (Kazakhstan, Almaty), which is probably considered an Apple distributor.
I became interested in the AirPods Pro 2 headphones and asked the consultant if these headphones would work with an Android device. I received an affirmative answer.
Then I purchased these headphones, and they did not work. The left earbud did not work, and the headphones played sound while inside the case because these headphones are not compatible with my mobile phone.
I wanted to return them the next day, but they (the seller) do not want to accept the return. Please take action. They want diagnose this air pods pro2 within 1 month (30 days). It's too much. I don't want this purchase.
