. I am reaching out because I am currently unable to restore my subscription to the Notability app, despite having an active subscription.
I am writing to report an issue with restoring my subscription. I recently tried to restore my subscription to Notability but I am unable to do so.
The app keeps on showing update to subscription though it already shows active subscription
Despite following the usual process, the subscription does not appear in my account, and I am not able to access the features I had previously subscribed to.
Could you kindly assist me in restoring my subscription or provide guidance on how I can resolve this issue?
