Recently I’ve installed the latest update and we’ve encountered daylight savings time.
Tonight I was in my photo library (not Google, but same problem there) and I was forwarding some pictures to a friend. They kept asking when was this taken? I realized that I had date and time stamp on my end, but it was suddenly missing. I don’t know where it went, and I would like to restore it. Has anyone else experienced this issue.

How have you been sharing the photos? To share the photos with all metadata included (like the date and time and the location) you have to enable "All Photos Data ", as described here: Share photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support (BW)
