Iphone Mirroring with Hotspot. Please!!!

I take the train and do not like using the slow unsecured wifi. I prefer to use my Hotspot to work on my MacBook Pro. On the train is when I don't want to have my phone out. This is in fact the only time I would benefit from iPhone mirroring.

Please make this possible. I know you can. I don't charge me any more money.
