What is the colour Apple Mail uses for quoted text?

I wish to match the colour in an email (in Mail on the Mac) that is used in quoted text.

My problem is that I cannot discover what this colour is. This is a very minor point but it is bugging me.

The 'purple' specified in Mail settings does not match the 'purple' that you get if you choose Apple colours in the formatting palette. See the attached screenshot.

So the question is, how can I get this colour in other text?

Apple have been dealing with colour long enough, you'd think there would be consistency of naming colours across the Mac system.
