Can someone make it so photo albums are in alphabetical order? And there’s a search bar? I have tons of albums for work and what a pain it is to find what you’re looking for.

Nobody here can do that. We are almost all just other users of Apple gear trying to help each other. The few Apple employees are here to keep order, not to make changes to software.
