Ever since I got a new MacBook a few months ago, I have had problems signing into online banking. Sometimes it works, but many times I have to wait for hours before it will finally log in.

I have cleared history, cookies, cache, you name it. I have tried Safari, Duck Duck Go, Chrome, Firefox...I have tried typing in the website for the bank, typing in my username and password instead of auto fill. This is what I get. I can access on my iPhone, but not with my MacBook...only sometimes!
Thank you for the additional information. Maybe someone else can offer some additional thoughts. Have you also tried restarting the computer in the Safe Mode? Hold down the Shift key on restart and then trying? If hat does work, then restart normally and try again. If no success I suggest contacting the bank for some assistance since it appears from what you are saying, that no other sites are affected. You will most likely need a call back from one of their web specialists. Good luck.
