Cannot purchase from iTunes Store

I have downloaded Apple Music to my Windows PC as I cannot use iTunes now. I want to purchase an album but, although I can see it in Apple Music (I don't want to subscribe!), I cannot get anything to show in iTunes Store.

How do I purchase albums now?

I'm having the same problem. When I go to the iTunes Store through Apple Music for Windows, the content is limited. For example, if I search an artist and go to their page, I see the usual "Albums, Songs, Music Videos, Movies, Books" on the left navigation, but there is no content under any of them. When I click "See All" on, for example Albums, I get the "Albums by [Artist]" and it shows that they are sorted by Bestsellers. But there's no content - as if there are zero albums by that artist (same with any artist)!

Or, if I click on "Today's Hits" from the landing page it goes to a new page titled "Today's Hits". It shows "TOTAL: 46 ITEMS". But none of those 46 items are listed!

It's been this way since mid-October. What is going on?!? I see everything fine on my iPhone, but I want to do the same in Apple Music for Windows!
