Migrate from google photo to Icloud

Hi!

Trying to move my 2TB Google photo to Icloud without buying an external disk, according to Apple it is possible via Google Takeout:

Transfer a copy of your photos and videos to iCloud Photos - Apple Support

But there is no Apple option?

It also states that:

• Photo and video files that can’t be transferred to iCloud Photos, including RAW files, are transferred to iCloud Drive.

What does that mean, Live photos wont work on Icloud, sound crazy since it is a Apple feature?

Also I have my childrens account connected to my Google photo and they share my space, how will I do the same for Icloud?
