Battery and Speaker Issues on MacBook Pro with Apple M2 Pro after Sonoma 15.0 Update

Ever since I updated my macbook pro (chip Apple M2 Pro) to Sonoma 15.0 my laptop has issues and isn't working properly. My Laptop Speaker is not working and My Battery Charging Health issue . After Update Sonoma 15.0 My laptop Speaker is Not working and After Full Charging my Laptop Shutdown And opening few hours later Battery Charge is low.
