I have several Microsoft Exchange email accounts. Sometime ago I added one of the accounts to Apple Mail and it seems to be working fine. I have tried adding a second one to Apple Mail and it just sits there after I have entered the password.
Not sure what I am doing wrong and could not find any help.
Hardware: Mac mini (late 2014)
OS: macOS Monterey 12.7.6
Apple Mail 16.0

You do have a alternative to mail. Thee is a Outlook app on the app store that might suit your needs. I am thinking it might be the age of the OS that might be doing it since Microsoft send out a warning letter in August warning users that they were increasing their security on their email.

Unfortunately the Outlook app in the App Store requires macOS 13. It won't work with the Mac Mini running macOS 12 and cannot be upgraded to 13.
I will try with other email apps.
