Activity Ring Greyed Out

My activity rings are greyed out for 11/2/24 despite having activity recorded in the fitness and health app. Noticed today on 11/3/24. Rings today are fine. Not sure if it’s connected to daylight savings time (stand goals look wonky) or after updating to iOS 18.1 on my iPhone and Apple Watch OS 11.1 today. Any suggestions? I’ve searched but haven’t been able to find concrete answers beyond problem discussions.
