How to transfer entire iPhone photo library and albums to new iPhone new AppleId?

Background: current iPhone 15PM with iCloud+ account that syncs between a couple of Macs is corrupted. I've been dealing with Apple Tech Support and there seems to be no fix. Sooooo.... I'm starting over with a new iPhone, AppleID and phone number for security reasons.

WITHOUT USING ICLOUD, because I want to minimize any corrupted or hacked data that's in the cloud with my existing AppleID, what are the options to moving the entire photo/video library and albums from one appleID (iPhone) to another appleID?

I have iMazing and AnyTrans. I have already moved several items using them (Contacts, Health data, texts and attachments etc.etc) so I am familiar with going directly to the iPhone file system and working there.

If possible, I would like a solution which keeps existing albums and markers like favorites and hidden in place.

Thank you to anyone who replies.

Like markwmsn, I'm pretty confused, and I don't think there's enough information here for us to help. Where is the corrupted Library? on the old phone? on the Mac, or the other Mac? on another phone?

Generally, a good way to ensure an uncorrupted Library is to sync it to iCloud Photos, since files are checked in the transfer.

If you're using a Mac, then the trusted 3rd party app PowerPhotos ($30) might be a good way to transfer pictures from the old Library to a new one, while maintaining album structure and all metadata.

But it's hard to tell what you need...
