Apple Tv on Sony Bravia google tv is showing unable to play error

Videos are not playing on the sony bravia google tv.

Error message -

Unable to play the video.

There is a problem playing this video.

Try again or troubleshoot the issue.

I performed troubleshooting and it says - "No problem could be detected. Try again later"

I've reset the account on the TV and still getting this issue.

What should I do next?

I am able to view videos from Netflix, Prime etc
