I am using Find My app. I cannot hear my AirTag when I misplace my keys. I am new Apple owner. I have had better experience with Tile and wondering if I should return to those with iPhone 15 Pro?

Returning to using a Tile is your personal choice. No one here can advise you either way.
However, your iPhone must be within Bluetooth range of the tag (30-40') in order to have it play a sound. The tag/keys may also be located where the sound will be hard to hear.
Since you have an iPhone 15, you can use "Precision Finding" when inside that range to more accurately locate the AirTag.
