Apple TV app on Samsung TV showing “Incompatible Content” when playing new film purchase
Apple TV app on Samsung Q90R TV showing “Incompatible Content” for the film Alien Romulus.
All other films/tv I have purchased previous are working just fine on this TV without issue.
I have tried the usual, resetting the TV, resetting the app, signing out and back in and it still comes up with the same issue “Incompatible Content. To play this show , try using an Apple device”.
The film can be played on my iPad, and MacBook Pro, and iphone, but then cannot Airplay to the TV as it shows “The Video is in a format that cannot be streamed to this tv”
Any ideas on what might be the issue, and how to resolve.
