My camera is no longer recognized by my Mac. It states the disk you attached is not readable by this computer. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE!!!! What is going on?!

Restart the computer in Safe Mode per the directions in the link then restart normally and finally re-test the Sony connections. Ensure nothing is attached to the Mac (camera, USB printers, etc) when doing the Safe Mode restart.
I ended up having to fire up an old Microsoft computer to get the pictures onto a flash drive. Not too happy with Apple- I assume it has something to do with the new updates. Hopefully this gets fixed
Doe the camera use a memory card? If so have you tried to use a different one?
