Logic Pro X Fade in Issue

I'm having this issue where Logic Pro X starts to do this "fade in" thing when my kick comes in, but it happens at the beginning of the timeline. It's really annoying. Once it plays through one time, it doesn't do it again (until I restart Logic). Does anyone know why this is? Is it a function that can be turned on/off in the Preferences?

It happens when my kick goes above 0db I think and when I use some specific plugins like KNOCK or Ozone.

I can’t tell you why it does this, but if you slide the entire project right 1-bar so that the project begins on bar 2, a lot of start-up problems disappear. I’ve watched demo videos from Pro engineers using ProTools with their projects starting on bar 2. This was a workaround I saw suggested in another DAW’s forum and it solved my start-up issues.
