How can I add my non apple ear bubs to the bluetooth device listing on my MacBook Air.

Neither my MacBook Air nor my IPad will not recognize my Shokz ear pods consequently I cannot connect to bluetooth. Need some advice.

My iPhone has absolutely no problem and identified the ear pods quickly

Although not common, some Bluetooth devices can only be paired with one device at a time. This may be the case here.

Have you tried unpairing them from your iPhone, and then, tried pairing them to either your Mac laptop or your iPad?
