Paid for song removed from my Apple Music Library

I purchased the song; Where is my mind by Maxence Cyrin in 2019. This has been removed from my device, Library. I can’t even re download the song for free (as it was previously purchased). From iTunes Store. Have Apple lost the licence to the song. If so is Apple reimbursing me for my original purchase.

my second worry is how many other songs had Apple done this for and have they reimbursed my purchase?
