Apple TV 4K 3rd Gen — Boot Loop (SOLVED: It was the remote!)

Apple Tv 3rd Gen 4K started going funny colours then started looping the picture. I had to turn off all power for it to stop.

upon restart the apple

tv would just flash at a steady pace. Flash…Flash…Flash… Flash Flash Flash then repeat no picture would display.

on occasion the Home Screen would load then back to black screen and flashing of light again.

I fixed it by unplugging it for 5 minutes then plugging it back it. But again flash flash nothing.

THE FIX!

grab the Apple TV remote hold down the right menu/tv button and the volume down button at the same time. Hold it for a few seconds then release. If your physical TV/display is not on and the Apple TV is not loaded then manually turn on your TV/Display and magic everything should be working again.
