What MacBook is suitable for master & phd student? Major in creative arts & marketing.

I never own them, but been eyeing MacBook since the 2010 version released. Now I can afford a MacBook, I was wondering which model suitable for me as someone will further in creative arts for my master’s degree and marketing for my PhD. Most of the time I will use Canva, but I need install some software for data and statistics such as SPSS. Thank you in advance.
