Apple Cash Permanently Restricted

My apple cash was permanently restricted for not being able to verify my identity. Which I don’t know how it wasn’t able to because everything I entered was correct. I don’t see how it’s right for it to be a permanently restricted. I need it unrestricted

Banks are a private businesses and are free to choose under who they want to be their customers. If there are too many issues with your application to open an account, the bank is free to decline your application and block you from applying again.

If you want to research your situation, please read the Wikipedia article I linked below.

Why is positive ID required?

The Patriot Act requires that lenders, banks etc obtain a confirmed ID.

“To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.”
