Losing my audio click track count in on project bounce to mp3 or m4a format

I bought backing tracks off https://www.karaoke-version.co.uk for a song; I downloaded each track separately, and downloaded the supplied audio click track as well.

I import all the tracks including the click track using drag and drop to a new project. I drag to offset all the music tracks to the right by one bar except the audio click track, leaving the click track in place thus creating a 4 beat count in plus the click track for the rest of the song.

Everything sounds correct in Logic Pro 11 on playback but, when I bounce the project to mp3 of m4a, I loose the 1 bar count in. Gone completely.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can rectify the problem?

Many thanks,

Paul
