Why is my fitness app showing 400% move goals on Apple Watch?

From last week my fitness app is giving crazy results in the move section. I am getting these notifications like achieving 400 percent move goal when i am leaving for work in the morning. First i thought it might be due to me not upgrading to ios 18. But thats not the case. I was using apple watch series 9 same error was occuring in that as well. I tried to unpair and then pair. But same issue both in phone and apple watch
