I also have my Apple Cash restricted. I telephone Apple Support and all I have to do is verify my State issued ID. I have a US passport. They only take State issued ID's?????
There are a number of possibilities. Is your account restricted or locked?
Just restricted. I am in the process of getting my state id.
That will resolve your issue. Just wait a day or two after receiving your State ID before submitting it for Apple Cash. It can take a few days to get into the system in some states.
