Logic Pro 11.0.1 Export Multitrack File running Ventura os (soon to update to new Mac)

I'm wondering if it's possible to export a multitrack file from Logic Pro that I can send to colleagues located around the USA who can load the file into their DAW (Pro Tools, Cakewalk, etc) add tracks then export it out of their DAW, send me the file that I can load it back into Logic Pro to continue working.
