"FolderActionsDispatcher.app" would like to access data from other apps. On startup. What does it mean?

On startup I get the following:

"FolderActionsDispatcher.app"

would like to access data from

other apps.

Keeping app data separate makes it

easier to manage your privacy and

security.

What does it mean. Everything seems to work fine, but I keep getting this message on startup.
