Safari on Landscape mode in my iPhone flickers post iOS 18 update

Since I updated my IOS to 18.1, in Safari, when holding my IPhone Pro 14 in landscape mode. when I scroll down on a web page where a graphic is, my screen starts flickering. When I change to portrait mode it stops flashing. I attached a six second video showing this. Hopefully the attachment will attach.
