There was an error

Hi. I'm trying to set up my 11y old child ID in Family Sharing. After

entered credit card#, pop up says "there was an error. please try

again later".


Tried: to turn off/on, different credit card, didn't work.

Tried: Iphone reset, didn't work

Tried: setting up from my iphone (iphone 7), same error

Tried: setting up from his iphone (iphone SE 2022), same error

Tried: Apple support, not resolved

Tried: setting up directly from icloud, unsuccessful


Please help.
