I was sent a new card in the mail, I activated it. Put the old card in the envelope they sent. Didn’t think anything about it. Today I went to make a payment and noticed it said to set up Apple Cash? It was already set up and I had a lot of money on my Apple Cash card. It’s gone? I thought if I reset up the card it would come back. Where is my money ?

Your Apple [credit] Card and your Apple Cash account are entirely unrelated.
Getting a new titanium Apple Card should have no effect on your Apple Cash account.
Are you sure you set up Apple Cash? Or perhaps you are referring to your Apple Account balance?

Did you sign out of your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID)? Did you start a new Apple Account? Did you try updating the virtual card in your Wallet? If so, that could be the issue. The virtual Apple Card is controlled by the bank.
