How do I request a refund for unauthorized charges for Apple Services?

every month gcash debit money from my gcash account,they automatically debit money from me which cost ₱369.00/monthly..but i dont have any subscription from apple services..i want to request for a refund!i really need my money back!i dont have any receipt from other months but i will send some!i want a refund!gcash told me to contact apple support about this problem!

If you have no subscriptions or purchase that match the charges, your payment method (credit or debit card) has been compromised. This happens when you swipe the card or insert the card and the chap is used. Scammers use devices called skimmers and shimmers to steal your card details. The information is then sold on the Dark Web and fraudsters make counterfeit cards and add the details to Android, Google and Apple device to use with their respective payment services.


Apple is not a bank and cannot approve or decline any transactions. Only the issuing bank can approve or decline transactions. If they approved fraudulent transactions, you’ll need to contact the fraud team at the bank. Please use the phone number printed on the back of the compromised card that was used.
