I am trying to share all of my contacts with a family member, whom has her own Apple ID

I want to share all contacts with a family member, however she has her own Apple ID, apart from mine. We are trying to get all contacts on her devices to update as there are additions to either of our contacts. All of my contacts are on iCloud. Any way to share with family?
