This problem (described in EntreCheck report) began about a month ago, shortly after I upgraded to Sequoia. I spoke with Apple Support that said it was the result of DV, DVC PRO and .452 files in the library. I replaced the largest DV/DVCPRO - NTSC that had a red line through it. The problem persists.
I ran EntreCheck, finding no major issues. l did delete unsigned files

You have a lot of drives including a 2 TB and a 3 TB that are effectively full. Drives need a minimum of 15% free space. Anytime the system with FCP tuning has to access these drives it will cause issues.
You should shut down MalwareBytes. Do not run it except to test the system and then shut it down. Don’t run video applications while security and file reading apps are running.
Completely uninstall Chrome and the keystone launch daemons.
I made a mistake. It's a ProRes 422.
I deleted Chrome. Should I delete Keystone?
Here's what I have. Don't believe I need any of them. None are Keystone or Google. I'll delete the Malwarebytes and the Malware app.

That’s garbage as so happens with low level Apple support. FCP works in Sequoia perfectly with DV and DVCPro files as it has for years.
i don’t know what a .452 file is.
The keystone files are launch daemons and are in the library. The link I sent explains how to get rid of them. They’re problem is that they run continuously from startup and eventually the system video toolbox gets overrun bogging everything down.
