Where is my iCloud+ Invoice?

I've paid for iCloud+ for years now and each month I get an email with the invoice attached and when I go to "reportaproblem.apple.com" I can see and download the invoice. This month however, I paid the subscription, but received no email and on apples site it says "This purchase does not have an invoice". What's changed? How do I get the invoice? I'm assuming it's not delayed because payment was on the 17th and it's now the 29th
