Apple Pay tap not working

My Tap Apple Pay has never worked. I’ve had Apple run a diagnostic on my phone, nothing wrong, I’ve removed the card and entered it again. The card has been verified, I’ve taken my cover off, settings are correct, updates done….no answers or fixes from anyone. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

For reference it’s my Visa in my Apple wallet.
