How do I choose card to use with Apple Pay when I use it I have two cards linked as my Apple Pay o never know which one is bearing billed

That card that displays on your iPhone screen when you double click the side button. If you're confusing Apple Pay with something else, then I need to know what you’re referring to when you say Apple Pay.
I have two cards linked as my Apple Pay I want to know how I can choose where the money is coming from there both credit cards so can’t add money to Apple Cash using them as far as I know but for purchase should let me. Choose I don’t see that option
