I just updated my MAC laptop and I'm hating the feature that expands the windows when I move them to the side. I have multiple windows open for a reason so don't want to cover them with an expanded window. I'd like to know how to disable this feature.

For me, it doesn’t happen without prompting. An outline forms around the screen showing that it will expand appears, I move the mouse a little and it disappears. I guess if you shove it against the edge and pause for the split second it takes to show the marquee, then release, it will fill the Tile.
Open System Settings and search for Tiling. Turn off the options you do t want.
