Syncing iPhone with Outlook Desktop-Contacts AND Contact Notes

For years I was able to sync my iPhone with Outlook Desktop by using iTunes for Windows using W10. Specifically, my Outlook Contacts have numerous extensive notes in the Notes field of the contact itself (NOT in the separate Notes portion of Outlook) and they used to sync along with the Contacts. Then, Apple "deprecated" the ability to sync Contacts (and Notes) with iTunes, so I have avoided upgrading iTunes in order to continue syncing with my older iTunes version.

I want to upgrade to Windows 11, but assume I will lose the ability to sync with the older iTunes. Does anyone know a solution to enable me to sync my Outlook Contacts INCLUDING the notes I have made in the contact's Notes Field? I know that Apple deprecated the ability to force everyone to use iCloud for syncing, but I have not been able to determine if iCloud will sync the Notes Field notes as well. Also, I have thousands of contacts and don't know if I will live long enough for this quantity of data to upload to iCloud.

It appears that Akruto makes a solution, but they don't seem to be responding to email or chat, so if they don't respond to sales inquiries, I don't want to get involved.

Any info and suggestions would be appreciated.
