Child’s Screen Time Activity Not Updating On My Devices

I just purchased an iPad 10th gen for my son. I’ve set up a child’s account with myself and my wife as parents, and set up screen time limits correctly from everything I can see. Everything is working as it should EXCEPT my son’s activity log on mine and my wife’s devices. I click my child’s name at the bottom of screen time and it shows the activity log at the top and that it updates the second I open his profile. But it doesn’t actually show any usage. If I open the screen time setting on his iPad it shows activity accurately. How do I fix this annoying issue?
