Image Search -Monterey

iOS 17.6.1 can visually search images in the image library of my iPhone. Is there any way to do this with Monterey in Mac Pro? I do not use Apple Photos (Desktop) except for iPhone photos. The image I'm searching for was not captured with iPhone.

I have a photo that I took that I can't find, but FB showed that I posted it in 2015. I can typically find any photo going back 20+ years as I have a fairly accurate naming convention for folders, files etc. But none of my searches produce the image. I have searched using all the text descriptors that would typically work. I usually save my images with an image preview. It would be helpful if I could perform a search by image content. (but I doubt this is possible)

Thanks.

I forgot to mention that the only copy of the image I have is what I posted on FB 9years ago. FB discards all the embedded info from the file. It popped up on my FB feed, and I downloaded the image. When I check "File Info" in Photoshop, all the XMP, EXIF info etc is gone.

If you open that image in Preview, press cmd+i to open the Inspector, and click i⃝, does this confirm all of the metadata is gone from that image? If so, then I suspect you are done.

If you haven't already done this, try doing a Spotlight search on the most likely word or letters in the file name, then in the resulting window click the Kind column header to sort by Kind, then organize by Date Created using the view options button in the top line of the search results window, then scroll down to "2015."

Then click the thumbnails view to see thumbnails of the images.
