FaceTime and iMessage activation unsuccessful
I’ve been trying to activate my iMessage and FaceTime with my main phone number but it keeps saying “activation unsuccessful”. I’ve contacted apple support over 5 times and they still can’t help me (Case ID: 10*******42), I’ve contacted my carrier but they said it’s not from their end.
The issue started when I changed my phone, worked fine in my previous phone. I have two sims in my phone, one eSIM and the other physical. The physical is my main sim while the eSIM is my second line.
iMessage and face time works fine on my eSIM and email but not on my physical sim, any help from anybody that has faced similar issue?
