I see in the activity monitor that this process:
CursorUIViewService (Not responding)
In some applications, the system crashes typing text when using CAPSLOCK. It only helps if I force the process to stop.
What could be the problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

I found a discussion on the same topic and also no solution. The language in the system and the language of the keyboard is the same.

The issue maybe related to the Keyboard Layout when you maybe switching Languages, frequently
I do know of a Contributor that very well verses on Languages / Keyboard layouts
They may pop in with some ideas, though I only use 1 Keyboard Layout and language

I sometimes using the google chrome internet browser. But 90% of the time Im using Safari. And I also using Microsoft's Office.
I removed the google chrome internet browser, but unfortunately it didn't help :(
