Exported passwords not found on Mac

I may have done something foolish. From System Settings/passwords I hit Export all passwords. A window came up entitled passwords. I hit enter. I did not notice a destination. Now I can't find the exported file. I searched and came up with nothing. Any suggestions?

Thanx. I found that I sent it to Apple computer.

What makes you think that? And by Apple computer do you mean the Apple Computer company?

When you export keywords from the System Settings you get this window:

Export again and see where you saved the Passwords.cvs file. You don't have to finish the export just far enough to see where it was saved.

In my search, I found a file that was sent to Apple Computer, not sure which entity, but i opened it and it was something entirely unrelated.

I don't recall seeing that window in my initial attempt to save the file, so perhaps since I could not find the file, I actually did not save it. I retried as you suggested and it saved as a .csv file on my desktop and opened OK.

Thanx for your help. Am embarrassed that I paniced.
