iCloud unreachable
Since last Thursday 17:th of Octobre, my iCloud-account went offline (unreachable).
Email to my icloud mail bounce and are reported as failed emails on the sender side.
When trying to login via safari or other web-browser, I'm logged in for 0,5 second before returned to loggin-screen.
I've tried multiple MAC-books, iPhone's and even PC and Chromebook, same failure every time.
Have been sitting with Apple-support first-line, senior technician and now my case is with the engineers. Every support-technician have been super friendly but all of them (7 so far) have had different procedures about solving my case.
Is it really possibly to "crash" your iCloud-account?? To me this is unbelievable, even more so the fact that Apple don't seem to be able so solve this within reasonable time.
Btw, my apple-ID works like normal, logg-in to appleid.apple.com no problem at all.
