Hello, it is a Mac mini Late 2012, it has a firewire 800 port and I connected the projectmix console (firewire 400) with an adapter and it does not recognize it.
I have already tried other phonic firefly boards (firewire 400) with an adapter and they worked correctly,

Does your Mac have Firewire ports?

Does it have any sort of ON switch?
